No, this is not Iorek in Northern Lights. I read the book, it's good. It's actually a book for the young, but hey I'm still young! :)). The movie is a bit fast pace though.

Bukan Iorek salah satu tokoh di Northern Lights la yau! Saya baca bukunya yang sepertinya adalah buku untuk anak-anak atau remaja. Cocok deh untuk saya yang berjiwa muda :)). Filmnya terlalu cepat dibandingkan bukunya.

Now I Know

Now I know why people use 400mm to 600mm lenses to capture birds.
I tried using 200mm (set to 180mm), I got the first picture. The bird only covered a small part of it. I had to crop it (the 2nd one) to make it more presentable.

Akhirnya sekarang saya tahu kenapa orang memakai lensa 400mm sampai 600mm untuk memoto burung.
Saya coba pakai yang 200mm (diset ke 180mm), yang saya dapat gambar pertama. Burung yang saya foto terlihat sangat kecil di gambar tersebut. Untuk membuatnya lebih enak dilihat, saya harus crop (apa ya bahasa Indonesianya?) menjadi gambar yang kedua.

Nikon Everywhere

I saw that the staff at the Zoo & Jurong Bird Park are using Nikon camera. The last time I checked, both D200.

Saya lihat staf-staf di Zoo & Jurong Bird Park (Singapura) menggunakan kamera Nikon. Terakhir saya cek, dua-duanya pakai D200.

Suaranya

Celine sedang sakit pilek & batuk sejak Sabtu minggu lalu. Suaranya jadi serak serak basah, mirip Iga Mawarni atau Karen Souza :)).

Celine is having flu & a cough since last Saturday. Her voice becomes like Iga Mawarni's or Karen Souza's :)).

Piano

Some of my friends are sending their children to learn to play piano. Nah, not that I want to send my daughters for it too, not unless they ask me to. They need to 'play' with some other things anyway. :D

I was thinking about my previous blog entry when I wrote this and one of the opening theme I liked and still like is this one. Since the first time I listened to that, I wanted to be able to play piano, but it never materialized. Some of the things that stopped me were time, money, and other priorities (like we never had other priorities in our life before!). I even asked one person I knew from & through the internet, what piano model is good for learning. He suggested Yamaha DGX-620. It certainly is cheaper than playing with photography :)).
