2009, not 2008

I just received email from PMI:

"Instead of expiring on 31 December 2008, your PMP credential will now expire in 2009 on the anniversary of the day and month that you earned your credential."

Well, mine is expiring on 31.12.2008, which means i just got an additional one year before my renewal. Yay ...! (Or am I dreaming?)

But it doesn't matter anyway because I only needs another 5 PDUs for renewal and I think I have enough time for that.
